band protocol:
- Normally the sound arrives 1.5 hours prior to performance,
- Rhythm arrives 1 hr prior to performance
- Remainder arrive 30-45 minutes prior to performance
- Wear Black with Black Dress Shirt unless otherwise announced
- No noodling while waiting for the performance to start
